Product Scope Clarification

  • Shiftor Employee (iOS/Android): employees use shifts, calendar, QR clock-in/out, and account settings.
  • Shiftor Admin (Web): companies manage employees, objects, jobs, planning, and publishing.

This privacy policy is shared across both products. If any point differs by product, it is stated explicitly in the relevant section.

Data We Collect

  • Account identifiers (such as user ID and company-linked account ID)
  • Contact details (email address and phone number)
  • Profile and employment context needed to assign and manage shifts
  • Shift planning, assignment, and attendance-related records
  • Technical and security logs needed to keep the service stable and secure

How We Use Data

  • Authenticate users and keep accounts secure
  • Show shifts, calendar entries, and related work details
  • Enable QR clock-in/out and assignment workflows
  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain service reliability, fraud prevention, and auditability

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform (for example hosting, database, email, and analytics/security tools) under contractual and security controls, or when required by law.

For subscription billing, payments are processed by Stripe as a payment processor.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for service operation, contractual obligations, legal compliance, and legitimate security/audit purposes. When no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized.
