What counts as an active employee?
An employee profile marked Active counts toward billing, even without assigned shifts. Deactivated or deleted profiles do not count. The first 10 active employees are included; above that allowance, changes are prorated immediately.
When do I pay?
Create your account, verify your email, and complete your company details. Then pay the activation fee securely through Stripe to unlock your workspace. A subscription is only required above 10 active employees.
Do existing workspaces pay the activation fee?
No. Existing workspaces are exempt. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed price.
Which employees are billed?
Only active employees above the first 10: €3 per additional employee monthly, or €30 per additional employee annually. Annual billing works out to €2.50 per month and is paid yearly.

What is included?
