Shiftor Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Shiftor is a software-as-a-service platform for shift scheduling and workforce coordination. It includes planning, assignment, publishing, and schedule visibility features for teams.

Shiftor is developed by Goi Labs and operated by Muhammad Adeel, Freiberufler, based in Berlin, Germany.

These terms are shared for Shiftor Employee (iOS/Android) and Shiftor Admin (Web), unless a section explicitly states otherwise.

1.1 Product Scope Clarification

  • Shiftor Employee (iOS/Android): used by employees for shift information, calendar, and QR clock-in/out.
  • Shiftor Admin (Web): used by companies to manage employees, planning, and operational workflows.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining account security. You must not share credentials in a way that compromises service security or violates applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the service.
  • No attempts to disrupt, overload, or compromise the platform.
  • No unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Shiftor pricing is based on active employee seats. The first 10 active employees are included at no charge. From the 11th active employee onward, the price is EUR 20 per active employee per month.

An active employee means a user profile that is enabled for login access in your workspace during the relevant billing period.

Billing is available monthly and annually. Annual billing includes a 15% discount compared to equivalent monthly pricing.

For simplicity, active employee seats are measured on the billing date for the upcoming billing cycle.

Payments are processed via Stripe.

There is no time-limited trial period. The permanent free allowance is the first 10 active employees.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time via account settings or by contacting support@goilabs.com.

After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Unless required by law, partial-period refunds are not provided. Exceptional refund requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion.

6. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiftor is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages is excluded, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
